Titan Axles are built out of the highest quality material and heat treated to ensure you are getting the strongest possible axle at an affordable price. With a 20% larger axle bar and 15% larger CVs than most OEM axles, you can rely on Titan Axles to offer a significant strength advantage over factory Can-Am Maverick axles. The CNC machined internals and induction heat treated components offer reduced operating temperatures and wear while the axles are running under higher angles or at maximum speeds. Titan Axles are engineered and tested to operate at larger swing angles than most and are strong enough to hold up to the largest and most aggressive mud tires on the market.

1-Year Limited $50 Replacement Warranty TITAN AXLES are warrantied to the original purchaser with provided proof of purchase. We offer a 1 year $50 replacement warranty on all breakage excluding boot or band clamp failure beginning the day of the purchase. All warranty axles must be sent in for proper review to confirm the failure has not occurred for reasons including but not limited to the following: improper installation, neglected maintenance, abnormal abuse, or over extension. Warranties are made at the discretion of S3 Power Sports. Warranty does not cover “clicking” or “popping” axles, cosmetic defects, or any other items that do not directly affect the proper operation of the axle.
